What a week! Surprises and not-surprises all over the place.
What the heck is wrong with Jake Delhomme? 9 picks in his last two games going back to last year. Time to dump him before he drags your team down, just like he is dragging the Panthers with him. John Fox is doomed!
Michael Vick was just added to the roster in Philadelphia. Donovan McNabb is hurt. If Kerry Kolb struggles and Vick gets into the game and plays well, I see a HUGE quarterback controversy in the city of brotherly love!
Both the Chicago and Pittsburgh defenses have to fall back in the rankings with the injuries to Polumalu and Urlacher. A defense to watch is in Atlanta. Just watch. It was the Dolphins after all, not exactly an offensive juggernaut!
Injuries are taking their toll already. LT suffered an ankle sprain, and while he might miss practice time, he is not expected to miss game time. Yet, age, injuries and Darren Sproles have to have fantasy owners wondering.
How many people are rushing out to grab Devery Henderson? Let's see him put up consistant numbers before jumping on the band wagon. Henderson has tempted us in seasons-past, so, for me, I need to see more than one week.
Patrick Crayton showed up and had a good game vs the Buccaneers... but see my comments on Devery Henderson above and apply here.
Mike Bell should be a good short term pick up if you need RB help, but as soon as Pierre Thomas is back, Bell will be relagated back to the fantasy black hole.
Ben Watson showed large against the Bills, but combine his drops with the other weapons Brady has at is disposal and I wouldn't count on Watson for a huge day.
Banner day for some TEs you might not think of as Elite. Zach Miller, John Carlson and Dustin Keller were tops, and while Antonio Gates and Tony Gonzales had good games, the young TEs are starting to establish themselves.
