Looking for help on the waiver wire? Here is a little help if you think I make any sense at all...

- Kerry Kolb is worth a pick up at this point after two superb performances in relief of Donovan McNabb. Maybe Philly will drag their feet to get McNabb back on the field with the 3rd year pro playing so well. Even if McNabb returns next week, Kolb is worth at least a hand cuff.
- Andre Caldwell might be emerging as the third WR in Cinncinati as quickly as the lofty expectations for Chris Henry are floppy around on the ground like a fish outta water.
- Pierre Garcon. If Anthony Gonzales doesn't watch out, his job will be gone when he gets back. Garcon looked ready for prime time in the prime time game last night.
- If you are desparate for a QB, Kyle Boller might be worth a peek, but only if you are desparate, and that means more desparate than picking up Jason Campbell.
- Jamaal Charles is not sure if he is the feature back in Kansas City or if Larry Johnson is, and I am not sure that Todd Haley knows. If he is on the wire, pick him up, it might be worth it
- JaMarcus Russell is officially off my fantasy radar screen, what a waste of talent, time and draft status.
- With Kevin Walter back from injury, if he is available on your wire, get him now.
- Greg Lewis is NOT worthe bench slot on your team, even after his moment of glory in catching Brett Favre's winning toss at the end of the fantastic 49'ers / Vikings game Sunday.
- Vernon Davis might be on your wire, but with his being elected a caption and his unrealized skills and sudden production, picking him up as a back up TE is worth a shot.
- Is Glen Coffee available on your waiver wire? He is worth a short term pick up. Speaking of second string RBs, LeSean McCoy of the Eagles might be worth a short term roster spot if you need help.
- Donald Brown is not available in most leagues, but if the Indy back up RB is, snap him up- Steve Breaston is worth a roster spot if you need WR help. He was injured to start the season might have been overlooked in your league.

There were a couple significant injuries this weekend:

- Frank Gore is out for the short term, but he should be back in a few weeks, or sooner.
- Chad Pennington is done for the year after ripping up his shoulder for the third time. Chad Henne, the 2nd round pick two years ago will be the starter in Miami, but I don't see fantasy relavence.
- Marc Bulger and Laurent Robinson were injured in the game against the Packers. While I don't know how severe either injury is at this point, how many folks that picked up Robinson last week are crying in their oatmeal. And whoever had Bulger on their team should be crying anyhow.
