Roster Cuts and More

Still have a draft? Or does your team suck and you need help? Maybe you want to stash a golden nugget on your bench to break over the league later in the year? Take a look at some help that is out there.

Chris Henry - Can you believe this? For instance, in the ESPN leagues, Henry is owned in less than 35% of the leagues, that after a tremendous preseason and in a passing oriented Cincinnati attack. Ridiculous!

David Clowney - Here is another WR that did well in the preseason and has now earned his spot starting opposite Jericho Cotchery, earned to the tune of 3 TD and almost 300 yards this preseason. Grab him if you need help.

Troy Williamson - Ok, here is a bit of a flier, but he is going to start and who the heck does David Garrard have to throw it to anyhow other than the long-in-the-tooth Torry Holt?

Malcom Kelly - FLIER OF THE DAY. Keep an eyes on the 6'4 Kelly. The Skins love him in camp and who is Antwan Randle El fooling anymore? He shoulda stayed in the 'Burgh.

Rumor - I read in a couple places this weekend that Cleveland is considering casting off veteran back Jamal Lewis. I will believe it when I see it, but keep an eye open. If Jamal goes, James Davis is the man.

A final note: I am not sure of the impact of Richard Seymour heading to Oakland, although I don't even think the Oakland defense is relavent. But what about New England. This was definately a salary move, Seymour only has one more year on his contract. But how will losing Rodney Harrison, Teddy Bruschi and now Seymour have on the New England defense? Time will tell, but I would slide them back just a bit.
