Reshaping a team

Ok, the season is about half-way done and my team is 3-5. But, interesting enough, playing in a weak division, I am only 1 game out of first. So, here is my team and some trades I proposed today to other teams to re-make my team.

Ben Roethlisberger, Pit QB
Matt Forte, Chi RB
Brandon Jacobs, NYG RB
Greg Jennings, GB WR
Devin Hester, Chi WR
John Carlson, Sea TE
Broncos D/ST, Den D/ST
Nick Folk, Dal K
Ronnie Brown, Mia RB
Beanie Wells, Ari RB
Antonio Bryant, TB WR
Kyle Orton, Den QB
Ricky Williams, Mia RB
Jermichael Finley, GB TE
Ryan Moats, Hou, RB
Sidney Rice, Min WR
I have great RB depth, but am weak with my front-line WRs. Jennings has under-achieved and Hester is a nice surprise, but inconsistent. Rothlisberger has been very solid and my pick up of the Denver D has helped, with the Finley/Carlson TE tandem doing ok (hoping for Finley to return soon). So, here are the thoughts I threw out there today.

Trade OneTeam A looks like this:
Aaron Rodgers, GB QB
LaDainian Tomlinson, SD RB
Reggie Bush, NO RB
Reggie Wayne, Ind WR
DeSean Jackson, Phi WR
Owen Daniels*, Hou TE
Bears D/ST, Chi D/ST
Mason Crosby, GB K
Donald Brown, Ind RB
Jonathan Stewart, Car RB
Joe Flacco, Bal QB
Justin Gage, Ten WR
Percy Harvin, Min WR
Jeremy Shockey, NO TE
Packers D/ST, GB D/ST
Darren McFadden, Oak RB
They need RB help, which I have lots of. I proposed Brandon Jacobs and Greg Jennings for Reggie Wayne. I am thinking it makes sense. He gets a decent tier 2 RB with more potential, and good back-fill for Wayne in Jennings with good potential as well.

Trade Two
Team B looks like this:
Drew Brees, NO QB
Joseph Addai, Ind RB
Tim Hightower, Ari RB
Larry Fitzgerald, Ari WR
Marques Colston, NO WR
Jason Witten, Dal TE
Eagles D/ST, Phi D/ST
Robbie Gould, Chi K
Willie Parker, Pit RB
LenDale White, Ten RB
Donald Driver, GB WR
Carson Palmer, Cin QB
Brent Celek, Phi TE
Mario Manningham, NYG WR
Jamal Lewis, Cle RB
Willis McGahee, Bal RB
Again, a team really needing RB help. I was going to offer Ricky Williams and Devin Hester for Marques Colston. With Driver and Hester as match up plays to combine with Fitzgerald, and addking Williams gives him good flexibility.

Trade Three
What team C looks like doesn't matter. He needs RB help and offered me Matt Schaub (he has Tom Terrific too) for Matt Forte, straight up. Good trade for me, but that leaves me with three solid QBs and I don't need them. So, trade three only happens along with Trade 4

Trade Four
Team D looks like this:
Eli Manning, NYG QB
Michael Turner, Atl RB
Knowshon Moreno, Den RB
Steve Smith, Car WR
Lee Evans, Buf WR
Donald Lee, GB TE
Giants D/ST, NYG D/ST
Jason Elam, Atl K
Hines Ward, Pit WR
Kellen Winslow, TB TE
Kerry Collins, Ten QB
Torry Holt, Jac WR
Stephen Gostkowski, NE K
Kevin Faulk, NE RB
Colts D/ST, Ind D/ST
Devery Henderson, NO WR
I would offer Ben Rothlisberger (or Schaub even) for Michael Turner straight up. To sweeten the deal, I could toss in Ryan Moats perhaps, to back fill on the RB side for him.

If all these trades go through, my team would look like this:
Matt Schaub - QB
Michael Turner - RB
Ronnie Brown - RB
Marques Colston - WR
Reggie Wayne - WR
John Carlson - TE
Denver D - Def
Nick Folke - K
Reserves:
Kyle Orton - QB
Beanie Wells - RB
Ryan Moats, Hou, RB (perhaps)
Antonio Bryant - WR
Sidney Rice - WR
Jermichael Finley - TE
I would need to pick up a reserve or two, running back maybe. But I like the team. Give me your thoughts.
